Regenerative living with Meg Berryman

Regeneration.

It’s one of those words you probably hear a lot, particularly if you’re curious about slow living. From soil and agriculture, to medicine and design - regeneration is having a moment. (And hopefully it it will be way more than a moment.)

But where exactly does regeneration fit into our every day lives? Friend of the show, book inspiration-giver and all-round fabulous person, Meg Berryman, returns to the pod today to answer this very question, which means you're in for a treat.

We dig deep into the topic of regenerative living and why regeneration of the self is vital if we want to show up for our families, communities and earth. We also delve into:

  • the relationship between micro and macro regeneration

  • how to find time for the important acts of care

  • what role, if any, guilt plays in living regeneratively

  • how to embrace our inner-rebel and learn to live counter-culturally

  • the impact of nature and the importance of viewing ourselves as part of something vast, as opposed to separate from it

  • the best-case scenario as Meg sees it: what would happen if we were all encouraged to live regeneratively?

This episode is heart-filling and kind, and I hope you find yourself as uplifted by Meg as I did. Enjoy!
