On Season 4 of The Slow Home Podcast…

We’ve changed things up this season with a brand-new format, and couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

Each episode starts with a slow living question from a podcast listener – it might be about how to live slow in your twenties, or how to slow down in retirement, it could be about ambition or tackling eco-anxiety, rethinking what ‘slow’ actually means or how to make an impact in your own community – and finishes with a conversation between Brooke and a special guest.

This season is full of real-life questions and deep conversations on what it really means to live slow, and as always, you can join tens of thousands of poggie listeners from all over the world every Thursday morning as we talk all things slow living.

You can subscribe to The Slow Home Podcast on iTunes, Stitcher and Spotify.

Can you live slow in your 20s, or is burnout inevitable?

Can you live slow in your 20s, or is burnout inevitable?

Something I’ve been asked about quite a bit over the years is whether slow living truly has any application to people in their twenties. And while I believe that slow living has positive applications for everyone, no matter their age, work or family situation, I think it’s a fair question because so much of the information about slow living is ... When we look around and see the myriad environmental crises facing the world it can be easy to slip in to despair, as we wonder, “What difference can I make? I’m only one person.” In today’s episode we meet Georgi, who has made massive strides in changing the way she lives as an individual but is now looking at the ... MORE
