Season 9 sees us enter the third year of the pandemic, and finds many of us exhausted, uncertain and overwhelmed by the complexities of a Covid-impacted world. Along with a wonderful line-up of guests comes a renewed focus on how we can use slow living as a tool to reframe success, revisit our values and reconsider just what we’re looking for when we say we want to slow down.
In short, this season will be full of practical applications of slow living and as much permission as you need to take it and make it your own.
Our guests are (as always) wonderful humans who each bring a unique perspective on simplicity, well-being, rituals, living with uncertainty and productivity.
You can expect to hear episodes full of practical suggestions, inspiring stories, silly jokes and a whole heap of Knowledge Nuggs!
Season 9 includes conversations about:
Why we need to practise living simply
The role of slow when living with a chronic illness
How harnessing our mornings can help to create the values-aligned life we want
Slow productivity and how to extricate ourselves from the capitalist-mindset of constant output
Making peace with uncertainty
The relationship between creativity, activism and slow living
How to soften into our role in nature and allow it to guide our choices.
In short, it’s another season of real talk and we hope you enjoy it!
