Hello from sunny, spectacular Alberta!
This is the first episode we’re recording while travelling throughout April, so we talk a little about our first few days away, as well as the embarrassing moment I realised I’d posted an unedited version of the podcast before we flew out!
In related news, I also talk about how grateful I am to have such a kind, lovely community surrounding me! You guys made me feel so much better about the mix-up, but even more so about showing the realities of creating these shows around having a young family. Turns out you quite enjoyed it!
Aside from that though, we look back at our March experiment of daily yoga – what went well, what was challenging, and whether we think we’ll be adopting into our lives moving forward.
We also talk about this month’s experiment of journalling as a family every day – which is already proving more challenging than expected.
Rather than use a set of rules, we’re keeping it pretty fluid this month and are both really looking forward to seeing how we enjoy the experiment and how it impacts our gratitude, contentment, happiness and feelings of being present.
